Very personable and even the office staff helped us feel better. We had an emergency on a Sunday, and called well over a dozen places, worried about our huge silver maple which had crashed a trunk sized limb on our house. They came out the next day to look at it and plan how to use a crane to remove the rest of the tree. They understood how we were sad about it, and they did a wonderful job of explaining everything. We highly recommend this company.

Salem Oregon Emergency Tree Removal
Exceptionally impressed by the quality of work of the entire Mountain View Tree Service Team. They got someone out right away to give us an estimate for taking down a craggy spruce. We waited several months to move forward on the job. They honored the original estimate and was able to get a crew out the next day after my call to move forwarded with the tree removal.
The three-person crew they sent to take down the tree are true professionals. In less than an hour, they had the 50′ +/- spruce safely down, bucked up and the site cleaned up. They operated like a well-oiled machine.
Mountain View also took care of the stump grinding which was equally impressive to watch.
Overall, Mountain View’s price was competitive and their service, start to finish, was outstanding. If we have another tree project, Mountain View Tree Service is who we will call.

I don’t normally review work that was done but Mt. View Tree service was exceptional . Originally when they came out to do the work I noticed afterwards that the Hawthorne wasn’t done to what I expected. I called and Jamos came out and agreed that things needed to be redone. He came with his crew. John, I think that was his name, did the work in the tree. Jamos directed and it was done absolutely to perfection. I can’t recommend them enough. Not only is their intergrity unmatchable but they are an incredibly friendly and skilled group of workers. Their price was also very reasonable to other tree services I contacted beforehand. Truly a great group doing superb work. I recommend them highly. Thanks.

Mountain View’s Portland crew showed up as scheduled and did a great job, being sure not to let the limb damage anything when it came off. They were friendly and professional. They cleaned up the mess made from sawing and sectioning the limb. In fact, they left my yard cleaner than they found it — they blew all the spruce needles off the roof of my shed that had been collecting for a year. I have had other tree services do things in the past and was never happy, but I can’t say enough good things about Mountain View. I will definitely be using them for any future tree services.

Mountain View Tree Service pruned a very large and overgrown variety of cherry tree and topped an arborvitum. They were respectful of our neighbor’s yard where a number of branches were hanging and cleaned up very well. They asked how we wanted the tree pruned and made suggestions before starting to make sure that we were on the same page. The tree looks fantastic and they were extremely professional during the job.
